Overview
Our refund policy is good for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must have a defect or your item must have been damaged or lost during the shipping process.
To submit a request for a replacement product, please email me at oops@uncannyclay.store with photos of the defective product or damaged packaging, as well as a screenshot of your receipt.
If your package is lost or undeliverable, please include a screenshot of the notification from the shipping partner.
If you receive your item and it is damaged, please do not send your purchase anywhere. Returns are not accepted. If all requirements are met, you may request a replacement item to be shipped to you.
Replacements
If you are within the 14 day replacement period, and all requirements are met, the replacement will be processed, and a new item will be shipped to you.
For a replacement, please include the address in your email.
Sale items
All items can be replaced, regardless of sale period. If your item was on sale at the time of purchase, you will not be expected to pay a difference in value for your replacement.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at oops@uncannyclay.store
Please feel free to keep the original item, as we do not accept returns.
Shipping returns
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for an exchange, the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
When exchanging an item, shipping will be included in the exchange of the new item free of charge.
