We price items based on size and complexity. On average, small items may take an hour and a half each to complete. Large items may take 2+ hours. We want to keep our prices as low as possibl, while still dedicating ample time to create incredibly well made pieces for you to love!
Our items are handmade, so each one is unique! We pride ourselves with attention to detail, but the sculpting, baking, and glazing process can sometimes yield imperfections and variations. We try our best to address any imperfections during the process, even as far as not selling an item if the baking or glazing process yields unsatisfactory results.
If your item arrived broken, we will absolutely replace it free of charge! But unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, or issue refunds at this time. Thank you for understanding!

We are always trying to keep up with demand, as well as adding new products to the shop. Often times, an item will only be out of stock for 1-2 weeks, unless, unless multiple items go out of stock simultaneously, as in the case of the holiday season. We will always keep our customers informed about important shop updates by notifying our email list, or posting updates on social media.
